מדיניות פרטיות – אפליקציית Layout Master

בקצרה: האפליקציה לא דורשת הרשמה ולא אוספת מידע אישי לשרתים שלנו. כל הפרויקטים, השרטוטים והטפסים נשמרים רק על המכשיר שלך, ואין לנו גישה אליהם.

1. מי אנחנו

האפליקציה Layout Master (להלן: "האפליקציה") מפותחת ומופעלת על ידי טל כהן שחר – קאמלו סטודיו (Camelo Studio), עוסק מס' 207631904, זיקים, ישראל (להלן: "אנחנו"). מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע מעובד בעת השימוש באפליקציה, והיא נכתבה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, כולל תיקון מס' 13, ולתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017.

2. איזה מידע נשמר ואיפה

האפליקציה לא מחייבת פתיחת חשבון ואינה אוספת שם, טלפון, דוא"ל או מיקום. התוכן שיוצרים בה – פרויקטים, שרטוטים, טפסי מדידה, צ'ק ליסט, שמות ספקים והערות – נשמר באופן מקומי בלבד על המכשיר שלך. התוכן לא נשלח אלינו ולא לשום שרת אחר, ואין לנו אפשרות לצפות בו.

האפליקציה אינה כוללת כלי פרסום, מעקב או ניתוח שימוש (Analytics) של צד שלישי. החריג היחיד הוא ניהול מנוי PRO, כמפורט בסעיף 6.

3. הרשאות במכשיר

• גלריית התמונות: משמשת כדי לשמור תמונת שרטוט לגלריה, וכדי לבחור תמונה שאת/ה בוחר/ת – תמונה של תוכנית האולם או הלוגו של העסק. התמונה שנבחרה נשמרת רק על המכשיר, ושאר התמונות שלך לא נקראות ולא מועלות לשום מקום.

• מצלמה: משמשת רק כשאת/ה בוחר/ת לצלם תוכנית מודפסת של האולם. התמונה נשמרת רק על המכשיר.

• האפליקציה אינה משתמשת במיקרופון, במיקום או באנשי הקשר.

4. שיתוף וייצוא

ייצוא שרטוט או טופס (PNG / PDF) ושליחתו, למשל בוואטסאפ או בדוא"ל, נעשים רק ביוזמתך, דרך חלון השיתוף של מערכת ההפעלה. מרגע שהקובץ נשלח, הוא כפוף לתנאים ולמדיניות הפרטיות של השירות שבחרת. אנחנו לא מוכרים, משכירים או מעבירים מידע לאף גורם.

5. מידע על אנשים אחרים שמוזן לאפליקציה

בפרויקטים אפשר לרשום פרטים של אחרים, כמו שמות הזוג, שם האולם, תאריך האירוע או שמות ספקים. מידע זה נשמר רק על המכשיר שלך, ובאחריותך להזין אותו כדין ובמידה הדרושה לעבודה, ולשתף אותו רק עם מי שצריך אותו לצורך האירוע.

6. חנויות האפליקציות ומנוי PRO

הורדת האפליקציה והתקנתה נעשות דרך App Store של Apple או Google Play, והן כפופות למדיניות הפרטיות שלהן. חברות אלה עשויות לספק לנו נתונים סטטיסטיים מצטברים ואנונימיים (כמו מספר הורדות), ודוחות קריסה אם אישרת זאת בהגדרות המכשיר. נתונים אלה אינם מזהים אותך.

האפליקציה חינמית להורדה, ואפשר לרכוש בה מנוי PRO. התשלום מתבצע כולו דרך Apple או Google – איננו מקבלים ואיננו שומרים פרטי תשלום או כרטיס אשראי. לניהול המנויים אנו נעזרים בשירות RevenueCat, Inc., שמקבל מזהה אנונימי שנוצר באפליקציה ואת פרטי הרכישה (איזה מנוי, מתי ועד מתי בתוקף), כדי לדעת אם המנוי פעיל. המידע אינו כולל שם, דוא"ל או מספר טלפון, ואינו משמש לפרסום או למעקב. מדיניות הפרטיות של RevenueCat: revenuecat.com/privacy. את המנוי מנהלים ומבטלים בהגדרות החשבון ב-App Store או ב-Google Play.

7. קישורים חיצוניים

באפליקציה יש קישורים לאתר camelostudio.com ולקבוצת וואטסאפ. מעבר אליהם מוציא אותך מהאפליקציה, ותנאי השימוש ומדיניות הפרטיות של אותם שירותים יחולו. הצטרפות לקבוצת וואטסאפ חושפת את מספר הטלפון שלך לחברי הקבוצה.

8. אבטחה, שמירה ומחיקה

המידע מוגן על ידי מנגנוני האבטחה של המכשיר שלך (קוד נעילה, הצפנת המכשיר). אם מופעל אצלך גיבוי של המכשיר (iCloud או Google), הנתונים עשויים להיכלל בגיבוי לפי הגדרותיך. אפשר למחוק פרויקט בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה, ומחיקת האפליקציה מוחקת את כל המידע שנשמר בה.

9. הזכויות שלך

לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות יש לך זכות לעיין במידע עליך המוחזק במאגר מידע ולבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן. מאחר שאיננו מחזיקים מידע אישי עליך, בדרך כלל אין מידע כזה אצלנו. בכל שאלה אפשר לפנות אלינו בפרטים שבסעיף 12, ובמקרה הצורך גם לרשות להגנת הפרטיות במשרד המשפטים.

10. גיל המשתמשים

האפליקציה מיועדת לאנשי מקצוע ולמבוגרים בני 18 ומעלה, ואינה מכוונת לילדים.

11. שינויים במדיניות

אם נשנה את אופן פעולת האפליקציה, למשל נוסיף חשבון משתמש או סנכרון בענן, נעדכן מדיניות זו ואת תאריך העדכון בראשה, ונודיע על שינוי מהותי באפליקציה או בדף הזה.

In short: the app needs no sign-up and does not collect personal information on our servers. All projects, floor plans and forms are stored only on your device, and we have no access to them.

1. Who we are

Layout Master (the "App") is developed and operated by Tal Cohen Shahar – Camelo Studio, business no. 207631904, Zikim, Israel ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is processed when you use the App. It was written in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13, and the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017.

2. What is stored, and where

The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, phone number, email address or location. Everything you create in it – projects, floor plans, measurement forms, checklists, supplier names and notes – is stored locally on your device only. It is not sent to us or to any other server, and we cannot see it.

The App contains no third-party advertising, tracking or analytics tools. The only exception is managing a PRO subscription, as described in section 6.

3. Device permissions

• Photo library: used to save a floor-plan image to your gallery, and to pick a photo you choose – a picture of the venue plan or your business logo. The chosen photo is stored on your device only; your other photos are not read or uploaded anywhere.

• Camera: used only when you choose to photograph a printed venue plan. The photo is stored on your device only.

• The App does not use the microphone, location or contacts.

4. Sharing and export

Exporting a plan or form (PNG / PDF) and sending it, for example by WhatsApp or email, happens only when you choose to, through your operating system's share sheet. Once sent, the file is subject to the terms and privacy policy of the service you chose. We do not sell, rent or transfer information to anyone.

5. Information about other people

Projects may include details about others, such as the couple's names, the venue, the event date or supplier names. This information stays on your device. You are responsible for entering it lawfully, keeping it to what the work requires, and sharing it only with those who need it for the event.

6. App stores and the PRO subscription

The App is downloaded through Apple's App Store or Google Play, which are governed by their own privacy policies. These companies may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as download counts) and crash reports if you have allowed this in your device settings. This data does not identify you.

The App is free to download and offers an optional PRO subscription. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google – we never receive or store payment or card details. To manage subscriptions we use RevenueCat, Inc., which receives an anonymous ID created by the App and the purchase details (which plan, when it started and until when it is valid) in order to know whether the subscription is active. This does not include your name, email or phone number and is not used for advertising or tracking. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy. You manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

7. External links

The App links to camelostudio.com and to a WhatsApp group. Following these links takes you outside the App, and those services' terms and privacy policies apply. Joining a WhatsApp group reveals your phone number to its members.

8. Security, retention and deletion

Your data is protected by your device's own security (passcode, device encryption). If device backup (iCloud or Google) is on, the data may be included in your backups according to your settings. You can delete any project in the App at any time, and uninstalling the App deletes all data stored in it.

9. Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you have the right to review information about you held in a database and to ask for information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated to be corrected or deleted. Because we do not hold personal information about you, we will usually have no such information. You can contact us with any question using the details in section 12, and you may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.

10. Age

The App is intended for professionals and adults aged 18 and over, and is not directed at children.

11. Changes to this policy

If the way the App works changes – for example, if we add user accounts or cloud sync – we will update this policy and its date, and announce material changes in the App or on this page.
